Money Holistics Membership Coaching Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Benefits
Your Money Holistics Membership provides access to the benefits outlined in our pricing structure, including but not limited to access to coaching, financial monitoring tools, and educational resources. All materials and services are for informational purposes only. They do not account for the unique circumstances of any individual or entity. You are responsible for assessing the suitability of the information provided before making any decisions. Money Holistics does not offer legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice as part of the Membership.
2. Membership Tiers & Corresponding Benefits
Your access to benefits is determined by the plan selected (Self Directed, Validator, or Delegator). Each plan includes a different set of benefits, such as access to financial monitoring systems, coaching sessions, and exclusive content. Ensure you understand what is included in your plan:
• Self Directed ($20/month): Includes the Elements Financial Monitoring System, self-guided onboarding, monthly group coaching calls, exclusive holistic practitioner content, educational email updates, and 1:1 coaching available for $300/hour.
• Validator ($99/month): Includes everything in Self Directed plus personal onboarding, two 1:1 financial checkups per year, a personalized one-page financial plan, unlimited email and messaging with your coach, and access to the Monarch Money Budgeting App.
• Delegator ($299/month): Includes everything in Self Directed and Validator, plus four 1:1 financial checkups annually, unlimited coaching access to your coach, and optional delegated cash flow tracking.
3. Access to Elements® App and Monarch Money
As part of your membership, you will receive access to the Elements® Financial Monitoring App (available on iPhone or Android) and the Monarch Money Budgeting App. Money Holistics will only view high-level account and loan balance data to create personalized, proactive reports. Please note that Elements and Monarch Money are non-transactional platforms and do not allow for the movement, withdrawal, or access to your funds.
4. Financial Coaching Sessions
Members are entitled to financial coaching sessions based on their membership plan:
• Self Directed: 1:1 coaching sessions available for purchase at $300/hour. • Validator: Two complimentary sessions per calendar year.
• Delegator: Unlimited coaching sessions upon request.
During these sessions, a Money Holistics financial coach will provide guidance based on the information and documentation you provide. These sessions are intended to help you develop better financial habits and understanding; however, all recommendations are non-binding and for educational purposes only. Money Holistics does not implement, monitor, or update any recommendations unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
5. Scheduling and Use of Private Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions must be scheduled within the applicable Term (the duration of your Membership or any Renewed Term). Validator members are entitled to two sessions per calendar year, while Delegator members have unlimited sessions, subject to availability. If sessions are not requested within the applicable term, the right to those sessions is forfeited and cannot be carried over to future terms.
6. Responsibilities and Liabilities
Your active participation is crucial to maximizing the value of financial coaching sessions. You agree to provide accurate and complete information as requested by Money Holistics. All guidance is provided in good faith based on the details you share. Money Holistics is not responsible for the outcomes of any decisions you make following coaching sessions or use of provided tools. You retain full responsibility for implementing any financial strategies or decisions based on these sessions.
